compassionate presence to her work as a multi-talented Licensed Massage
Therapist, Yoga teacher, and as a certified teacher of Shake Your Soul©/ Kripalu
DansKinetics© classes.
Denise is a graduate of the Bancroft School of massage
where she subsequently worked as a member of the teaching staff.
Denise received
certification thru Yoga Alliance as a Yoga Teacher.
She also serves as an
occasional Program Assistant for Daniel Leven’s Shake Your Soul© Teacher
Trainings in the Berkshires.
All and all, Denise has been leading fitness
classes for over 20 years. She is the owner of Denise Welsh's Healing Arts DBA DeniseWelsh.us, her Massage Therapy and Homeopathy practice is in Sterling, MA.

Denise creates therapeutic, beneficial massage treatments for clients, promotes wellness through yoga classes and individual yoga sessions, as well as teaching Yoga and Shake Your Soul Dance classes thru the Sterling Recreation Department.
Denise is continually inspired and influenced by various styles of yoga, and enjoys various mindfulness / meditation practices.
Denise’s passions include dancing, live music, meditation, walking, hot sweaty power yoga classes, and spending time with family and friends. |
